A prestigious award ceremony recognizing exceptional university leadership was held at The Malla Hotel, organized by College Readers. The event honored Vice-Chancellors and Registrars with the "University Vice-Chancellor & Registrar Commendation Accolade" for their significant contributions to higher education. The Rt. Hon'ble Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, Chairperson of the National Assembly, presented the awards based on recommendations by a jury committee led by Prof. Dr. Bhim Prasad Subedi, former Chairperson of UGC. The event was chaired by Bhawani Prasad Paudel, Patron of College Readers, and coordinated by CEO Jeetendra Ghimire. Editor Keshav Nepal hosted the ceremony. A two-tiered evaluation process was used to select awardees, recognizing both those nearing the end of their terms and those currently serving with excellence. The event celebrated leadership excellence and highlighted the vital role of university governance in advancing education in Nepal.
